Left Twist: Sl 1 st to CN and hold to front; k1, k1 from CN

Right Twist: Sl 1 st to CN and hold to back; k1, k1 from CN

Row 1 (RS): K 1, *Left Twist, p 2; repeat from * to last stitch, k 1.

Row 2 (WS): P 1, *k 2, p 2; repeat from * to last stitch, p 1.

Row 3 (RS): K 1 *k 2, p 2; repeat from * to last stitch, k 1.

Row 4 (WS): P 1, *p 2, k 2; repeat from * to last stitch, p 1.

Row 5 (RS): K 1, *p 2, Right Twist; repeat from * to last stitch, k 1.

Row 6 (WS): P 1, *p 2, k 2; repeat from * to last stitch, p 1.

Row 7 (RS): K 1, *p 2, k 2; repeat from * to last stitch, k 1.

Row 8 (WS): P 1, *k 2, p 2; repeat from * to last stitch, p 1.
